Garden Door, by Michael Leyton

Bringing together 10 theorists and mathematicians of different domains, 10 artists of different media and presenting to 10 cultures of different natural languages. We are on a quest for excellence - investigating the encoding, creative and interpretive process by creating a series of original artworks inspired by imagery and mathematical relationships presented by theorists and mathematicians. A series of talks at international art museums discuss each participant's way of looking at all of these ways of looking. We will use this information, and relationships between the information, to develop a new evolving framework for museums, libraries and automated scientific experiments to identify the CONTEXT of meaningful information a special way using forms, textures and colors automatically generated by looking at patterns in mathematical descriptions.
